Fix launch p7zip desktop with arguments, needs for open p7zip desktop with "open as" of desktop environment (v16.02. Since 4.10, p7zip (like 7-zip) supports little-endian and big-endian machines. 7-Zip is a file archiver with highest compression ratio.
